How Visibility Works
Structured rules — no commercial override.
Inclusion criteria
Only IRDAI-licensed insurance intermediaries are eligible. ZaapIn backoffice verifies the organization license before any profile can go public.
Visibility cascade
An organization must be verified before its branches or agents can publish profiles. A branch or agent is only visible if its parent organization is also public and active.
Free for all professionals
Profiles, search visibility, and inbound leads are free. There is no paywall to appear in this directory.
